This season is all about mixing statement metallic pieces with brightly coloured chiffons and silks. Like a magpie I can't resist a bit of silver, and I think it looks great with almost every colour and look. Metallics have hit the runways of Prada, Versace and Celine- Chanel even launched a range of metallic inspired Creepers famously modelled by Cara Delevingne! This look was primarily inspired by the Just Cavalli 2012 Spring/Summer catwalks which included softly coloured silk shirts tucked into metallic jeans- so its no surprise that I grabbed these H&M jeans as soon as I saw them! I think that this look is timeless and elegant- season upon season, catwalks manage to incorporate metallics in a revolutionary, unique way. Just remember to wear some sunglasses with this shiny look!
